Recognize and Release Stress in your Body

Do you notice that you feel disconnected from your body? Is it uncomfortable to be aware of your body?

Are you only aware of how you feel physically if you're in pain or engaged in extreme activities? You might have become disconnected from your body. This can happen from trauma, loss, and anxiety or depression.  

It can lead to having medical symptoms that seem to have no physical cause. You might get injured because you are not aware of your body moving in space. It can certainly cause a lot of inconvenience and stress in life, can't it?

If you're an adult wanting to learn how to live in your body with awareness, compassion, and ease, Somatic Stress Release can be immensely helpful. I will help you recognize the communications and wisdom your body is sending you and how to release stored stress from past and present events in a healthy, safe way. Learning in a group can amplify  your journey's effectiveness as everyone shares their experiences and you discover you;re not alone in this. You can feel safe and supported with other people who are learning the same skills, and share what you discover along the way. 

We're all in this journey of self-discovery of embodiment together.

This 6-session online group, led by a seasoned trauma-informed therapist, will help you:

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your body and its needs

  • Learn effective techniques to release stress and tension

  • Cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence

  • Feel lighter, freer, and more spacious in your body

  • Monday nights, 6:00-7:30 PM

  • Online sessions, accessible from the comfort of your own space

  • Investment: $270 for 6 sessions (paid upfront)

  • A Safe and Inclusive Space

This group is open to people from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds and all genders. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable and supported.
