Affirmative Online Trauma & Grief Therapy for Residents of Acton, CA

Finding Balance and Connection in Acton

Acton’s rolling hills and quiet charm offer a beautiful escape from the rush of the city. Yet, we know that this peaceful, rural lifestyle can sometimes feel isolating. Between the long commutes, the high cost of living, and the challenge of finding a community that truly reflects your values, it is common to feel disconnected or worn down.

If you are navigating the loneliness of rural life, the weight of unresolved trauma, or the unique stressors of being LGBTQIA+, you deserve support that understands your experience.

Compassionate, Specialized Care at Your Fingertips

You don’t have to sacrifice high-quality care to live in the quiet. I provide expert, online therapy that comes to you, saving you from the fatigue of another long drive.
