Online Therapy for Residents of Leona Valley, CA

As beautiful and scenic as Leona Valley is, there are challenges attached to living even in this paradise. For example, the rural location and isolation can mean limited access to mental health resources, social isolation, and feelings of disconnection from larger communities. As a conservative area, it may also be unwelcoming for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In this small-town, close-knit community, you may feel scrutinized or judged by your neighbors. It may take a long time to get to nearby cities, which can contribute to stress and anxiety, as well as fatigue and overwhelm. It may also be geographically close to landfill, traffic, and industrial areas that might impact your well-being.

Fortunately, you have an opportunity to address past hurts and unresolved trauma and loss with an online therapist who understands. You don't have to drive for miles to reach me, because I'm just a click away online. You have access to someone who cares and has the tools and expertise to help you resolve mental health issues from the privacy of your own home. Please call if you're ready to start healing and want to enjoy the best aspects of living in Leona Valley. Call or click the Contact Me button to start your healing journey now.

My Approach: Healing Through Mind and Body

I believe that healing happens when we address both the mind and the body. My approach is action-oriented and deeply grounded in body-centered techniques designed to help you release the past and find relief in the present.

By utilizing evidence-based modalities—including EMDR, the Flash Technique, Somatic Stress Release, and Clinical Hypnotherapy—I help you move past what is holding you back so you can finally feel present, calm, and whole.

I am especially passionate about supporting those navigating:

  • The heavy weight of trauma

  • The complex journey of grief

  • The unique challenges of LGBTQIA+ minority stress
