Affirmative Online Grief and Trauma Therapy for Residents of
Northridge, CA

Navigating Life in Northridge: Finding Your Balance

Northridge offers the vibrant, energetic pulse of a college town, paired with a welcoming community for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Yet, we know that life here—while exciting—can also bring unique stressors. Between the intense summer heat, the constant need for a car to navigate LA traffic, and the pressures of a fluctuating student population, it is easy to feel overwhelmed or unsettled.

Whether you are a student navigating the heavy demands of academic life, or a resident managing the anxieties of living on a fault line or the rising cost of living, your well-being matters. You might feel the weight of academic pressure, the loneliness of being away from home, or the underlying stress of an environment that never seems to slow down.

Compassionate, Specialized Care, Wherever You Are

You don’t have to manage these challenges alone, and you don’t have to travel far to find the support you deserve. I provide specialized, online therapy for trauma, grief, and LGBTQIA+ minority stress, accessible from the comfort of your own home.
