Weight loss, smoking cessation, and sleep hypnosis
You might struggle with your weight and especially, eating at night. If you eat out of boredom, stress, sadness, or to entertain yourself, rather than for hunger, you may benefit from another way of eating. Many things may influence your choice to eat when you're not hungry, like boredom, escape from stress and past trauma, wanting to numb your negative emotions, or drug use.
What if I told you there was a different way to manage your stress, one that was easy, natural, and more rewarding than escaping through food or cigarettes? Wouldn't you like to be feel calm and peaceful more the time, and use your natural resources to cope with life's challenges?

With Ericksonian hypnosis, I don't tell you what to do or implant things into your head to make you more in control. I help you get into a receptive state of attention and focus so you can access your inner strength, so you can have more control over your choices and feel less stressed so that you want to take better care of yourself.

Clinical hypnosis can help you can find better ways to handle whatever is making you overeat, smoke, or sleep strange hours. Hypnosis has come a long way since the days of someone telling you, "you are getting very sleepy" or looking at swinging watch in front of the subject. You can think of it as a conversation that I have with your unconscious mind, so that you succeed with our weight loss or smoking cessation goals, or with just handling stress better so you can get restful sleep at night. I also use it for treatment of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and self esteem. If you're interested, please give me a call at 661-233-6771. I'd love to help you!
