You want to know more about what's going on with you and how you can feel better. Trauma, complicated grief, depression, anxiety, and minority stress from being LGBTQ+ are hard to deal with on your own. Your struggles negatively impact your life, and you hope that if you read about what's happening with you, you can start to understand it better and perhaps see yourself in the words you read. There is something comforting in knowing that other people are scared, sad, angry, hurt, etc., and that you can do something to help yourself cope with it better.

Whether you're feeling low and having a hard time getting motivated to do things you need to do, or you're suffering from complicated grief, or traumatic memories from the past keep flooding your waking and dreaming hours, you will find yourself in these posts.
